According to the IPCC, Ireland needs to reduce emissions by at least 8% per year in order to play our part in meeting our climate goals, and in order to have the highest chance of keeping temperature rises below 1.5C.

Environmental NGOs, scientists, community groups, and grassroots organisations have been researching and advocating for dramatic changes to Irish environmental policy for years.

Now is the time for our government to listen to them.
